I am not usually the one to post reviews but today's experience has been bad. I have my coffee here few times a week. Always ordering the same way. Always the same coffee. This morning one of the baristas (Rai or sth like that) didn't hear my order correctly and when I asked to change he kept arguing that this wasn't what I ordered. I completely understand that mistakes or misunderstandings happen. Maybe he didn't hear me. That's fine. But why argue? Why have an unpleasant exchange? Staff is always nice there, thats why this took me by surprise and left a sour taste in my mouth.
