This is not your typical airport hotel restaurant. It's a cut above the rest. The food quality is decent and the service is excellent. The food and beverage prices are very reasonable. What's amazing is that most of the menu items are either gluten-free or "Adjustable for Celiacs or AC". I have never come across this anywhere in the world. They staff are very attentive and pay great attention to guests' special needs; they are very conscious about allergens. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a decent gluten-free meal near Dublin Airport.
