Located in the Kadiс area, ElbePark Mall began operations in 1995. Over the years, the floor area of ElbePark has been expanded several times. For instance, in 2008, after the completion of reconstruction activities, it measured 93.5 thousand square meters and had 4.5 thousand parking spaces, and by 2010, it had grown to 102 thousand square meters with parking for 5 thousand vehicles.

According to 2012 statistics, ElbePark became the most visited shopping complex, having served around 10 million visitors. Currently, there are 180 stores on its premises, predominantly focused on selling sports goods, clothing, and toys for children, as well as electronic and household devices.

The brands represented at ElbePark Mall include Bonita, C&A, Mango, Vero Moda, Mustang, and S.Oliver. Additionally, the mall houses several dozen restaurants, a fitness center, and a playroom.
