Ein sehr schönes Gebäude. Der Zuschauerraum ist groß und verfügt über eine gute Akustik. Durch die steile Bestuhlung hat man einen sehr guten Blick auf die Bühne. Das Personal ist freundlich. Dank der zwei Bars kann man sich mit Snacks und Getränken versorgen. Das Festspielhaus ist sehr gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Einzig der Vorplatz, welcher auch als Parkplatz genutzt wird, ist sehr unattraktiv.
