Recientemente visité esta panadería y, lamentablemente, mi experiencia no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas. Probé la tarta de queso, que estaba increíble, pero creo que es de BAASK. El pan de cúrcuma fue una decepción; aunque casi tenía la miga adecuada, le faltaba un toque de sabor, lo que lo dejó un poco insípido. En una nota positiva, disfruté del pan de plátano; tenía la cantidad perfecta de humedad y un buen equilibrio de sabor, lo que fue lo más destacado de mi visita. En cuanto al servicio, el personal parecía poco entusiasta, lo que no ayudó a mejorar la experiencia en general. Aunque la panadería tiene algo de potencial, me fui sintiéndome algo decepcionado.
