Amazing experience at roots today We are plant based ( vegan) and seek out quality vegan eating options when we travel . I found Roots with Google Maps, what a find ! Great friendly service, clean healthy, ingredients, super calm atmosphere and central location. Tasteful combination of ingredients in our protein bowls. The berry protein smoothie was a delight. I was told that had rice, protein, so my expectations were that it would have a some gritty texture It’s a fairly small space Large windows at back of restaurant, beings in natural light , One of the side walls is all glass, which adds to the spacious feeling The decor is clean and modern . Staff are engaging and come across as being proud to providing customers with a quality dining experience. It’s got a great vibe Defiantly a place that we would like to come back to soon Thanks, and I will be back.
