Just perfection and worthy of the stars the restaurant carries! I've been to many Michelin restaurants, and this is one that I would gladly return to. The tasting menu is a pleasure for the senses, and I have difficulty choosing a highlight: was it the crispy morels with poultry stuffing in broth, the bao with wagyu ham, the caviar, the ice cream sandwich, the succulent pork? I could not make up my mind, it's best to just go and let yourself be spoiled by the chefs. Also really loved the bread, both the milk bread and the sourdough, as well as the Snickers praline at the end of the meal. The wine advice is very good, and in terms of drinks, next time I will try the proposed peanut old-fashioned after my meal. The atmosphere sitting at the counter is great, you really get to watch the kitchen crew perform in the spotless environment. I also loved that the dishes are brought to you by different staff members - all of them did an excellent job and were a pleasure to interact with. For larger groups, I would propose the separate tables to be able to talk more easily.
