After my recent trip to Peru, I was genuinely impredded by how close Il Nido comes to authentic Peruvian flavors. Their ceviche is a stand out - fresh and perfectly balanced. It instantly transported me back to the coastal esteries of Lima. The ambiance is cozy yet elegant and the service is warm and attentive.
