Der Beste aller Kai Sushis in Zürich. Leider etwas teuer.

Food is general fine and the place looks good as well. But the service could be better. I came to order lunch takeout arouns 12:45, already late-ish into lunch time and the place was not super busy, there were still empty tables outside. The lunch menu came with a list of selective starters and desserts included. I asked for a switch to the sweet potato chips as starter and was refused the request, tho I declined the mochi as dessert. Then, I asked if I could sit outside to wait for the order to complete and the hostess also said no because the tables are for customers. Am I not a customer? Was only a 10 mins wait and was refused a seat outside for only 10 mins. I decided to stand and wait. I'm super allergic to bad service because I've worked long time in hospitality as well. No more takeout for me there even tho the food was good.
