Miła i sprawna obsługa. Łatwy kontakt. Przystępne ceny. Bliskość wejścia na szlak. Przystanek autobusowy za rogiem. Bardzo dobre i łatwe w obsłudze Wi-Fi. Widok na Kasprowy Wierch z pokoju czteroosobowego nr 31. Brak lodówki i mikrofalówki dla gości.
