At the beginning of the 20th century, a representative of the Berlin architectural school built a commercial complex with the goal of organizing and streamlining trade in the heart of the city. This unusual, significantly large building survived the wartime and has become a favorite landmark among the locals; its unique structure can easily be recognized by its tower, massive arch, and red brick.

Recently, tourists have easily come to recognize the building, coming to see its architectural solution. Meanwhile, the complex itself has turned into a memory of the past, as it now hosts only flowers and vegetable trades.
