The only remaining synagogue in Wrocław serves both a religious and cultural role for its residents. The synagogue was designed by the most famous Silesian architect - Karl Langer, who is credited with many architectural masterpieces throughout Poland.

This place has a tragic history: the synagogue was plundered by the Nazis, desecrated by vandals during the communist era, later used as an academic library and music academy, but over the years it has been returned to the Jewish community.

Today, the White Stork Synagogue is a center of religion and culture, hosting significant conferences and large concerts. The walls of the restored building adorn the streets of Wrocław, adding to the image of the ancient city.
