Shoyu Ramen is a great ramen spot in Vienna! I ordered the Shoyu Classic, which was a good change for me because I usually go for a Tonkotsu. I loved the broth, especially with chili oil/flakes. My favorite component was the chashu. Even though they were thin slices, they were very flavorful. If you’re craving ramen in Vienna, you should check this spot out!
