Durante la nostra ultima sera a Venezia, io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo deciso spontaneamente di entrare in questo ristorante. Non avevamo una prenotazione, ma il cameriere ci ha gentilmente chiesto se ne avessimo una e, dopo solo pochi minuti, ha preparato per noi un tavolo accogliente. È stato un gesto davvero apprezzato, considerando che solitamente è difficile trovare un posto libero qui. Il ristorante si trova proprio accanto al canale — la vista è semplicemente meravigliosa, soprattutto di sera. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e romantica, perfetta per una serata speciale. All’ingresso si può vedere subito la cucina aperta, dove lo chef prepara il sushi davanti agli ospiti. C’è anche un frigorifero in vista, tutto pulito e ordinato, e si nota che gli ingredienti sono freschi e le norme igieniche sono pienamente rispettate — questo dà subito fiducia. Abbiamo ordinato quattro tipi di sushi e una porzione di gamberi in tempura — tutto era delizioso e ben presentato. Per dessert abbiamo preso fondant al cioccolato e mochi — semplicemente divini! Anche i prezzi ci hanno piacevolmente sorpreso: per Venezia sono davvero onesti, soprattutto considerando la qualità altissima. Il personale è cordiale, attento e professionale. Questa cena ha reso la nostra ultima serata a Venezia davvero speciale. Consiglio assolutamente questo ristorante a chiunque visiti Venezia. Cibo squisito, servizio eccellente, vista bellissima, ambiente pulito e prezzi onesti — cosa si può volere di più? 🍣🍤🍫🍰🌅
