Przyjechaliśmy z sąsiedniej Bydgoszczy – wiecie, z tego drugiego miasta, z którego można popatrzeć z miłością (lub zazdrością 😉) na Toruń. No i musimy to przyznać z pokorą i pełnym brzuchem śmiechu – Toruń wygrał to starcie piernikowe! Warsztaty były prześwietne – kupa śmiechu, mnóstwo wiedzy i rewelacyjne podejście do tematu. Dowiedzieliśmy się wszystkiego o historii pierników, o przyprawach, o tym, dlaczego ciasto może leżakować dłużej niż niejedna znajomość z podstawówki. Wszystko podane w zabawny, żywy i pełen pasji sposób – aż chciało się słuchać (a nie zawsze tak mamy 😄). Szczególne ukłony i piernikowe podziękowania dla pana Daniela – człowieka orkiestry, który nie tylko opowiadał z humorem i pasją, ale też zaraził nas piernikowym entuzjazmem po uszy. Towarzyszył mu drugi przesympatyczny pan – niestety imienia nie zapamiętaliśmy… Pamięć mamy dobrą, tylko krótką, a nie chcieliśmy przypadkiem przeinaczyć, bo każdy zasługuje na uznanie, a nie przekręcone literki 😉 Jeśli ktoś się jeszcze zastanawia, czy warto – odpowiadamy z pełnym przekonaniem : WARTO! To nie tylko warsztaty, to prawdziwa przygoda, podczas której człowiek się śmieje, uczy i… bardzo dobrze bawi. No i można z dumą zabrać do domu własnoręcznie zrobionego piernika – prezent i pamiątka w jednym. Dziękujemy i wrócimy przy kolejnej okazji – może następnym razem już z pamięcią długoterminową 😉.
