Conjunto arquitectónico español del siglo XVII, perteneciente al barroco sevillano. La Hermandad de la Santa Caridad continúa hoy la obra impulsada por don Miguel Mañara hace más de trescientos cincuenta años. Actualmente el Hospital, hoy residencia, tiene una capacidad de ochenta y siete plazas, centrando su actividad asistencial en ancianos y personas con discapacidad física o intelectual. Ayudados por profesionales especializados, todas las actividades siguen siendo realizadas por los más de cuatrocientos hermanos, que se ocupan de organizar el comedor, acompañar a los amparados y realizar los cultos de Regla. Se mantiene también el ritual del enterramiento de sus acogidos y hermanos, tal y como se desarrollaba en época de Mañara.
