visited your restorant, and unfortunately, my experience was very upsetting. I was denied service by a staff member who mocked my accent and treated me in a discriminatory manner and this is the second time this same employee has treated me this way. I was shocked and deeply hurt by this behavior. There is no place for discrimination or disrespect in a professional environment—especially in a large chain like Jack in the Box that serves diverse communities. I tried to remain calm, but I ended up leaving without receiving any service. I hope the company reviews it seriously. I’m writing this not just for myself, but to ensure others do not face similar mistreatment. I truly hope Jack in the Box will take the necessary steps to train their employees on cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and basic human decency.
