Friendly staff and very good tacos and tortilla chips. The atmosphere is hard to describe, but you'll feel welcome and be sure to leave with some Latin songs in your head. The prices are cheap for SF. Main course prices range from $8-15 for a good portion. Bring some Spanish, it will make your ordering much easier.
