We worked with Blue Plate for our wedding, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, David (our manager and main point of contact) was incredibly responsive, organized, and helpful. He set up our tasting, guided us through the menu selection process, and was an absolute lifesaver in the week leading up to the wedding. Having him as a consistent and reliable point of contact made the whole process so much smoother.
On the day of the wedding, Adrienne, our event lead, made everything run seamlessly. She kept the flow of service on track, made sure we never had to worry about a thing, and was so kind and attentive throughout the evening.
The food itself was absolutely fantastic! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Chefs Rylan and Elliot created dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. We chose a family-style meal, and the service was flawless. Guests loved the experience of sitting down together and sharing dishes, and Blue Plate executed it perfectly. Throughout the night, no one was ever hungry. Every detail was handled, from appetizers through dessert.
One of the highlights was the build-your-own cheesecake bar. It ended up being one of the most talked-about parts of the evening, with everyone enjoying the chance to create their own dessert.
What we appreciated most was how David and the Blue Plate team took our rough ideas and turned them into a clear, well-executed vision. They made sure we fully understood how the food would be prepared and served, allowing us to experience it beforehand exactly as our guests would on the big day.
We can’t recommend Blue Plate highly enough. They were professional, thoughtful, and truly a joy to work with—and they helped make our wedding meal one of the highlights of the entire celebration.
