Quando entri in un ristorante e vedi pochi tavoli 9 volte e mezzo su 10 hai fatto la scelta giusta. Personale preparato e gentilissimo, possibilità di prendere piatti e menù degustazione anche in variante vegetariana. Piatti davvero buoni e ben presentati! Ampia scelta di vini tipici e non. Stra consigliato se visitate Pisa!

The food is really amazing. I go on business trips monthly to different places and have had a lot of good food. I seldom leave reviews but this one is different. I was ordering dishes from the regular menu but the quality of the food is no less than some tasting menu from good restaurants. I was thrilled.

Amazing vegetarian 5-course dish (the asparagus soup was something of the best food we recently tasted), the waiter was very cordial. If we had stayed longer in Pisa, we would have tried the new menu the following day. Absolutely recommendable!
