A cena al ristorante Vdg con mia figlia... È già la seconda volta che andiamo e l'esperienza si è rivelata sempre meravigliosa: l'ambiente è intimo e dall' atmosfera fiabesca, abbiamo cenato ai bordi di un laghetto artificiale.. Fabrizio, il titolare, é una persona squisita, estremamente alla mano e pronto a guidarti nella scelta del percorso culinario, personale di sala gentile ed educato, ma la ciliegina sulla torta è sicuramente il cibo, di ottima qualità e dai sapori intensi, una goduria per il parlato. Ogni piatto provato si è rilevato un 10/10, buonissimi gli antipasti, sublimi i primi sia di pasta fresca artigianale che i risotti, la carne si scioglieva in bocca (Lingotto di manzo piemontese pregiato alla nocciola) e che dire dei dolci... Squisiti!! Torneremo sicuramente,consigliatissimo.

Volevo provare da tempo il VdG e non sono rimasto deluso. La scelta di carne di Fabrizio é sconfinata e ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Buonissimo l'aperitivo, così come l'antipasto (crocchette con patanegra) il primo (millefoglie con wagyu) e infine la Kobe A5. Il sommelier ci ha aiutato a scegliere il vino migliore da abbinare al nostro cibo. Atmosfera ottima e servizio impeccabile!
