An absolute must for GF food in Pisa! So good we went back twice - the focaccia bites that were bought to the table were so soft and light. I had a focaccia sandwich (which was heaven) and my mum had a salad which itself was huge. So delicious, staff fantastic, highly recommend.

La lasaña de ragu buenísima, pecci a la matricciana, también muy bueno y la foccacia. Y cervecita, que cuesta mucho encontrarla. Nos ha gustado mucho y todo sin gluten 100%. Calidad precio bien. Lo recomiendo.

100% gluten-free restaurant with a surprisingly wide selection to choose from. Spaghetti alla carbonara and focaccia la gustosa is highly recommended, both tasty and unique. My companions don’t have to eat gluten-free but they enjoyed everything they ordered anyway. (E. g. vegetarian lasagne is very good.) It’s close to the Piazza dei Miracoli, ~8 min walk. The four stars are only because they couldn’t bring out all orders at once, so two of us had to wait for a side dish and a first course. Really kind staff. We didn’t have a reservation but fortunately didn’t have to wait.
