Дуже давнє місце, пам'ятаю його ще зі своїх дитячих років. За цей час практично нічого не змінилося. В черговий раз, я зі своєю сім'єю прийшла у цей ресторанчик, щоб трошки перекусити смачною піцею і невеличким десертом. До їжі взагалі питань нема, що піцеол, що кондитер - майстри своєї справи. Тепер щодо сервісу. Від початку я хотіла замовити меренговий рулет. Все було нормально, моє замовлення взяли, але проходить хвилин 15 і, виявляється, цього рудету нема. Добре, з ким не буває? Замовили замість цього штрудель з яблуком та морозивом. Я не можу передати те, скільки часу ми чекали свою їжу... І це не тому, що в ресторані було багато гостей, як для п'ятниці навіть навпаки - була повністю заповнена тільки одна половина другого поверху. Вся справа була в тому, що, нібито, "у нас багато замовлень доставкою". Судячи з цього стає зрозуміло: у закладу не вистачає чи кур'єрів, чи поварів. Звертаюся до власників - виріште цю проблему, це дуже важливо, гості у зкладі не менш важливі.
