The museum isn’t very big, but it has a fascinating collection of police-related exhibits. The volunteers are welcoming, and the explanations are clear and engaging. It’s also a brilliant place for children to broaden their horizons.

Great place for a few hours. Interesting stuff. The guides, ex-police? Are full of enthusiasm and knowledge. Great for kids ( still think the Big Bad Wolf was innocent) Thanks guys. May the force be with you!

It was wonderful to speak to the ex police volunteers at the museum and to hear about their experiences during their careers. All of the staff were knowledgeable and passionate and really made our visit special. Although a small museum, it had many interesting exhibits and the particular highlight for the children were the cells and the custody suite where they could try on part's of the uniform. Well worth a visit, made extra special by the volunteers.
