Nuestra experiencia Calidad de la materia prima es muy buena pero de igual forma muy poca cantidad para el precio que tienen, una ensalada diminuta, 2 conos pequeños, una tabla degustación de niguiris y una botella de vino blanco 100€ que estaba bueno el pescado respetando su concepto pero no le colocan ni una poca de salsa además de la soja, creo que para quedar satisfecha abría que pedir 2 veces más de lo que pedimos.. ambiente muy tranquilo y servicio regular.

Esta vez decidimos ponernos en manos del chef y fue una experiencia excelente. No pedimos nada concreto, simplemente dejamos que eligieran por nosotros, y la verdad es que no fallaron en ningún pase y es de agradecer no tener que estar eligiendo :-) Cada cosa que nos sirvieron estaba muy bien pensada y equilibrada. El pescado, como siempre, fresquísimo, y las combinaciones muy cuidadas, con detalles que sumaban sin quitarle protagonismo al producto. Fue un recorrido variado, con mucho mimo en cada bocado. Nos atendió una chica encantadora, muy atenta y cercana. Y Bastián, el chef, se nota que disfruta lo que hace y que le pone muchísimo cuidado a cada preparación. Salimos muy contentos, con esa sensación de haber comido algo especial. Sin duda volveremos a repetir la experiencia.
