To ensure that the tour isn't too exhausting, the museum has a special rule - once you buy a ticket, you can leave and return to the museum's halls as many times as you like, taking breaks from admiring the art. The Prado Museum also features a popular café and a souvenir shop.

The Prado is my favorite museum in Madrid because of their well honed organization of tours, the museum layouts all of it. They are 5he oldest and that means they know how to treat the public. So many beautiful rooms, nooks and art to see. Go around 3 pm to see the Garden of Earthly Delights and then move on to the vast collection of some of the best art in the world. Incredible. Photos are not allowed so it allows you to just enjoy and absorb the art around you.
