Had dinner at Zizzi by Little Venice and it was such a good choice. You sit right by the canal, watching the boats drift by (some of them are even floating restaurants – very cool vibe). We went for the truffle salami pizza and fonduta formaggi – both were banging. The pizza had that rich truffle flavour that just works, and the fonduta was gooey, cheesy heaven. Proper comfort food. Big shout-out to Jacek, our server – super friendly, fast, and made us feel looked after. If you’re around Paddington and fancy good food with a nice view, this spot is worth it.

We had an amazing trip to London starting on the 3rd of September to see Coldplay at Wembley stadium. We were staying near Little Venice , and it’s the first time we have walked along there , and would recommend people explore this area of London , it’s lovely and calm away from the business of the centre . We stopped in for late lunch at Zizzi’s Paddington , as we are familiar with these restaurants here in Yorkshire. It was fairly quiet inside , and we were quickly shown to our seats at table 21 , by an attentive assistant who I believe is called Peter . Everything about the service was very friendly, professional and swift . We ordered drinks, starters, mains and desserts , all equally swift to arrive in good timing between each course , and all were equally very tasty and well presented. A very pleasant stop off before we set off on our journey to Wembley .
