Absolutely phenomenal experience! I booked this for my girlfriend's birthday and it was incredible. I genuinely cannot express how good the service was! They were always on hand to top up drinks, always on hand to take orders and just so helpful and kind in general making it a phenomenal dining experience. The entertainment was incredible the dancers were amazing and created such a phenomenal environment that was incredibly enjoyable. The food and drink were amazing and such high quality. If you have a celebration coming up then I cannot recommend you book ayllu enough it's simply the best!

Went with my family for the bottomless brunch (food only). We ordered cocktails/drinks separately. The waiter explained everything clearly. There was a DJ playing and the music got quite loud. We asked for it to be turned down a notch and they obliged. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. The staff were all very polite and good about spotting when we had reached the 75% empty plates so we could order more food. The ceviche, sushi rolls and main course fish were exceptional. The mushroom dishes were different and tasty. The beef and chicken dishes were also a delight. Fried chicken and beef croquettes were excellent too. Right as we were paying the music went up and samba dancers came out - not convinced of the need but other diners seemed to enjoy. Dimar was an exceptional server and we highly recommend seeking him out if you go. Only negative - a waitress that was chewing gum. She made no attempt to hide it. Not acceptable at all.

We came here for the 8 course tasting menu from Virgin experience. The restaurant is beautiful inside but as the weather was good everyone was sitting outside. We got directed to our table, waited around 15 min for the waiter to come. Nobody passed him information that we have a voucher so that was a first sign of the poor communication. He told us he will check what we have included. For the next 30 min we didn’t hear from him which was very frustrating. We didn’t know if our voucher is sorted, or if they forgot about us. After this time we got our first course. All the food was delicious but it would so much nicer experience and less stressful if there would be any communication from the staff. I would recommend the experience but their customer service needs to improve.
