Tried it for the first time—unfortunately, I wouldn’t go back. I had the full English with chips. The egg white was undercooked, the potato item was soft and mushy, and I’m not sure why there were lamb sausages in a full English. The bacon had a nice smoky flavor, but the chips the biggest disappointment—good appearance, but not crispy at all / bland . These are simple fixes with a bit of care. I’d recommend replacing the lamb sausages with classic British ones, removing the potato item, and relearning how to cook proper chips - processing them properly for frying.

last month our family hired out The Spoke as a venue for a family members birthday, and they pulled through to the max!! we all had such a lovely time, and the service was incredible (sorry to the two members of staff having to make cocktails for hours straight!!) we could’ve had complaints from the owners about the volume of our music and singing (unlike other pubs..), but the staff were so nice and positive about the festivities which made us walk (or stumble) out extremely happy! would highly recommend looking into this place if you need a venue for events/parties!

Not many decent places along Upper Holloway, Spoke is great. Amazing coffee. Wish the prices were a tad lower.
