This tearoom is absolutely stunning. The chairs are super comfortable. The decor is bright and charming. The owner has an infectious zeal for customer service. The menu is exactly what you want from a tearoom. I had a cream tea all served in fine bone china which I was told is standard and definitely elevated the experience. I was very happpy with the tea and the scones. All tasted extremely fresh. This is a must visit spot and a hidden gem in Eltham and South East London. I cannot recommend enough.

I hired out the garden for an event here a few weeks ago and was lovely, everyone loved it. Generous portions of cake and a variety of different afternoon tea sandwich options to cater for all allergies/diets. Highly recommend for afternoon tea ! They also sell cocktails and alcohol, and the scones are lovingly homemade as are their cakes 😋

The Fabulous Tearooms has such a welcoming energy about it. The effort and care that goes into everything is obvious. And as a guest that effort and care is poured into you too. As a first time customer i loved being there and witnessing that they seem to care about building ongoing relationships with their customers for repeat customer base. Which changes the energy of the space to something that as afore mentioned, feels shared, welcoming, and homely I loved the carrot cake! A wonderful place for a cup of tea :)
