I queued for around 30 minutes; I don't think I’ll do the same in winter. The service is mediocre. I wouldn’t say they are particularly friendly, and the space is quite limited. You have to move for someone to get in or out of a seat. For the food, I ordered tempura with cold udon. I found the texture of the udon too chewy because it’s quite thick and hard. It was quite tiring to finish the meal. However, the tempura was good, especially the prawn, which was puffy and large. Finally, it’s a bit pricey, especially with the more than 10% service charge.

Went for lunch on a weekday. It was a small shop. Everyone sits at the counter. Kakuni: Salty & Savory. A bit sweet. Very strong mustard. Lamb Cumin Miso: Minced lamb needs to be mixed with the soup. Tastes like barbecue, in a good way. Udon perfectly cooked. Very creative! Iced barley tea: nothing beats an ice tea on a hot day
