Two things stand out about this branch of Neros (1) the staff - all professional, friendly and efficient. Vita is a great manager - and she runs a good ship. Angie, Olga, Marianne are all also great. (2) They bake the pastries in their own oven (onsite) not all branches Neros do - some get it delivered. It makes a big difference from a freshness perspective.

I live locally to this Caffe Nero and go in there most days at some time or the other. I pick my time to go in as it can be busy especially at weekends. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and very polite. I don’t get it when people say they are not. If they are not busy they always have time for a chat. Food etc is typically Caffe Nero’s so don’t go in expecting anything else. What they do serve however, is usually of a good standard. Nice atmosphere as a lot of local people use it regularly.
