The flat white, made with perfectly steamed milk by the machine rather than relying on the barista’s skill, was enjoyable—though for my taste the coffee itself was a little on the mild side. The banana bread slices were impressively large and very filling, which I really appreciated. What I feel could be improved is the level of hospitality. I visited quite early in the morning, so I understand it’s not always easy to be full of energy at that time. Still, a simple “good morning” can make a big difference in how welcome a customer feels. And when a customer greets the staff with a smile, it’s always nice to receive that smile and greeting in return. Hospitality is certainly not an easy job, but even small gestures go a long way. Making people feel wanted rather than like a burden is what keeps them coming back.

Went in today to try the new matcha and truly judy was so lovely and ust so beyond kind, honestly like sunshine in human form!!! Left with a huge smile on my face!
