We visited GAIL’s South Kensington on the recommendation of family and were served by Hanny, who was absolutely amazing and truly made our day. She was warm, inviting, and really took the time to guide us through the menu, even answering our questions with complete honesty, which we really appreciated. It was our last day in London celebrating our anniversary, and her kindness left such a lasting impression - a real highlight of our trip. The pastries were excellent - the chocolate almond croissant was my personal favourite, the cookies were delicious, and the mozzarella & pesto sandwich made for a perfect brunch. We would definitely return and highly recommend this branch. A huge thank you to Hanny - she deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service. I’ve even given sadaqah in her name and she will remain in our prayers.
