6 of us had Sunday lunch at The Greyhound Carshalton SM5. What a great afternoon. Lunch was delicious and the staff perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was hot and plenty of it. It was my grandsons birthday so they brought his cake out with candles on and a special slice of chocolate brownie. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to all the staff.

Visited the Ship Inn at East Grinstead this morning. It’s nicely decorated and welcoming. I had two cups of delicious Cappucino, served by Ed. Ed is a great guy, friendly, chatty, courteous and helpful. He’s a credit to this pub and Youngs Brewery. Please pass on my thanks to Ed.
