This was my first visit to The Hope, where I went to meet a friend for a Sunday roast lunch and catch-up, so I went with an open mind. Situated in a spacious venue and having perused the menu before arriving, I opted for the Jerk Lamb Roast and was more than pleased with my choice. The portion size was extremely generous, the Lamb was flavoursome, and the accompaniments set the meal off a treat. The atmosphere was at just the right level, with the sounds being respectfully that of the patrons speaking to one another in hushed tones and a light-hearted vibe that added to my dining experience. This is definitely a venue I will be visiting again to sample another dish on the menu.
