Checked out The Grapes in Limehouse, a 1583 pub with a 1720s building, and it looks awesome from outside! Not my local, but its Dickens vibe—he name-dropped it in Our Mutual Friend—and Thames-side charm next to Canary Wharf’s skyscrapers. I got an Ale that was quite nice.
