This place is an excellent live-music pub with a great atmosphere, and The Cavern's own lager is a very satisfying pint. Speaking (or typing) as a northerner, it's like being amongst old friends.

This is a gem of a place! One of sadly a dwindling number of music pubs remaining. Always a great atmosphere, great bands, lovely staff and landlord, including the gorgeous dogs! And the prices are very reasonable. Please support these venues, they won't last for long otherwise.

One of the only genuine live music venues left in south London. Great atmosphere and staff and you can guarantee great bands! But buy drinks especially on free gigs to help keep this place not just survive but prosper and help guarantee its future for all !!
