A gem of a pub! Beautiful interior , banging food, and if you're not sure what tickles your fancy Seb gives great recommendations and is just a lovely vibe . A plus is that prices are extremely affordable as well , a rare occurrence in London

Had a fantastic experience at The Royal Albert on New Cross Road! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. You can really tell they care about quality here. Special mention to Seb, our server, who was an absolute star. Friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed without us even asking. Service was quick, smooth, and genuinely warm, which made the whole visit feel even more welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed yet lively, with that classic pub charm but a touch of modern comfort. Great spot for both a casual pint and a proper meal. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area — I’ll be coming back for sure!
