As a female member, I feel safe, with staff always available to help. Both gyms are well-equipped and ventilated, the pool lanes are highly organized, and there are enough changing and shower rooms for everyone. Initially, the card-swiping system for activity rooms was confusing, but it ultimately creates a smoother experience.
