Really disappointed with the front of house staff – they completely ruined what was supposed to be a special evening. Despite us following the published dress code (which clearly states jeans and trainers are allowed if clean), we were singled out and told our long dresses and heels were “clubbing outfits.” The staff member at the front not only made unnecessary comments but also pulled faces and tried to belittle us in front of others. We had booked for a celebration dinner and instead were made to feel unwelcome and embarrassed. A place of this standard should focus on hospitality and respect, not judgment and double standards.
