Picked up a to go order, and when attempting to ask for additional items while in the store I was walked away from. A single additional drink took nearly 15 minutes. As I hadn’t been to Fluffy Fluffy in about half a year, I remembered it being better and with more friendly staff. Can’t say I’ll be back sooner than that in the future, especially with how tired some aspects of the store have become - counter skirting boards missing or loose, the ripped posters and storage boxes in plain view of the customers don’t leave a good impression.

Absolutely dreamy! Pancakes absolutely delicious like literal clouds! Mini fluffles were delicious. Matcha is also delicious:) Great service, deffo recommend will be back (Ate pancake that quick didn’t even get a pic) 🤣 Lovely outing with my daughter ❤️
