Had afternoon tea for a birthday celebration (9/9/25),table was ready,pot of tea served within 5mins after being seated,afternoon tea served soon afterwards by a lovely staff member Rob. We had a lovely experience and where there for 2hrs. Would highly recommend a visit

Slow service, got my order wrong even after waiting, zero communication. Spent over half an hour figuring out whether it was worth waiting for my soup. Asked for it three times at the counter, and it was “on its way”. It was eventually mediocre.

Great cafe to stop and chill out after walking around the Beetles Story. Food and drink were reasonably priced for the type of venue. Themed and great atmosphere. Pinball machine was fun. We only had snacks but the food looked great. Coffee with one of the Beetles on was a nice touch. Lots of themed gifts to buy. You can visit the cafe if your not going to the museum.
