Only 1 member of staff for busy Saturday morning, apart from the wait was a typical costa

Only 1 vegan option for mains and 1 for dessert. Neither appetising. I think Costa needs to get with the times on that front. Despite this the staff are great and it is dog friendly!

Went in at 5:45 on 28/2/24. Both staff that were on shift were lovely. Very kind and smiles on their faces. I work in the Costa in Liverpool south parkway and usually go around a few Costa’s and not many staff are as friendly as the Speke retail staff. And i am usually very picky with my hot chocolates and I don’t like them being too chocolatey but this one I bought was perfection. I didn’t get a chance to see their names but they were both lovely.
