Is Italy without pizza even possible? Probably not. Yet, an Italian restaurant in the heart of Krakow manages just fine without it, having won the title of the best in 2012. Mirrors' reflections, photos of actors and movie stars from the sunny grape country decorate the interior of the establishment. Mushroom risotto and pork medallions delight the taste, and "miles" of spaghetti risk being consumed in one sitting. A waterfall of wine cascades into a tall glass, and the waitress politely offers to try the thinnest almond flakes and espresso. Don't be surprised when the restaurant's owners also surround you with care − it's the way things are done here.

Byłem bardzo zadowolony i dość najedzony. Poprawna przystawka, bardzo dobry makaron (podchodzący pod efekt wow, ale trochę mała porcja), deser również dobry. Do tego naprawdę niezłe ostrygi i wino domu. Brakuje mi chyba tylko ciekawszej karty. Wiem, że przed lockdownem wybór był większy i rozumiem, że niepewna sytuacja mogła wymagać krótszego menu. Mam nadzieję, że wszystko wróci do normy, bo po prostu za drugim razem chyba trudno byłoby mi wybrać coś innego, czego naprawdę bym chciał.
