Jeśli ktoś szuka typowego chamskiego chińczyka ze spolszczonymi daniami orientalnymi, to nie ten adres. Tutaj serwuje się prawdziwą kuchnią wietnamską. Miejsce schludne, czyste. Zupa Pho- genialna. Sałatka z wołowiną- genialna. Chętnie odwiedzę jeszcze to miejsce, aby spróbować innych dan. Obsługa? No może nie jest to jakiś profesjonalny serwis, ale nie oczekuję go w takich miejscach. Dzisiaj postanowiłam sprawdzić jedzenie w miejscu o którym słyszałam. Kuchnię wietnamską sprawdzam od zupy Pho. Moje danie na wynos w dużym ok. litrowym opakowaniu. W domu po otworzeniu przepiękny zapach a smak albo mistrzostwo smaków fantastyczny. Przepyszny bulion z kawałeczkami mięciutkiej wołowiny, idealnie ugotowanym makaronem i chrupiącymi jarzynkami. Kilka lat temu taki jadłam w Wietnamie i dzięki tej zupie wspomnienia wróciły. Nie mam innego wyjścia, będę próbowała następne potrawy w tym niepozornym a niezwykłym miejscu.
