WARNING: Coming here will leave you vulnerable to attack from door staff ( unprovoked). If you care about your friends or partner DO NOT come here. Upon entry we were met with silence and an uneasy atmosphere. We went down the stairs and handed our coats to the rude, unwelcoming, cloakroom staff. We then mostly enjoyed our night together, ready to go back to the hotel we handed our numbered bands over to get our coats back. Only returning my partners and accusing me of losing my number from my band (we had pictures prior showing the band with numbers on it). After pleading for the coat (bear in mind it’s minus temperatures) we were told to come back at 5am. This is where things take a turn… I spoke to the bouncer at the cloak room telling him I believe my insulin pen (type 1 Diabetic) is in my coat pocket. He dismissed me angrily and sent me away. We then got the manager, the manager had an instant attitude, no matter how polite or softly spoken we were. Being told to wait again we went back to the entrance and spoke to a lady in a red coat (she was fantastic), she came with us, holding a picture of my coat and spoke to the bouncer. They began arguing and shouting, the bouncer then yielded and after some time brought the coat. Instead of passing it back he held it and screamed at me, getting in my face and trying to intimidate, a friendly tourist that just wanted to return to the safety of his hotel. I told him thank you for finding it and at this point I was anxious as to where the insulin pen was. When I reached and began to take the coat softly and slowly. He punched me in the face, shortly after this I fell backwards holding my hands in the air. After this, with my partner outraged and shouting in my defence he then charged like a bull and fortunately the lady in the red coat blocked our escape. Vše super, nikdo na nas nebyl nepříjemný nebo tak, nice pisnicky, jen ceny drinku lehce vyšší. Navštíveno v pondělí.
