La migliore pizzeria ad Helsinki e non si discute! La conoscevo già per la sua buona fama e ieri, finalmente, sono riuscita ad andarci per la primissima volta e con grande sorpresa, nel menù speciale, ho trovato la mia pizza preferita in assoluto: Mortadella e pistacchio! Sono rimasta piacevolmente sbalordita perché a parte la freschezza degli ingredienti della pizza, l'impasto e la cottura sono perfetti; tant'è che è la prima volta, dopo tanto tempo, che riesco a mangiare una pizza intera compresa di cornicione che, non era né abnorme, né bruciato, né unto di olio, come l'ho trovato in altri posti qua ad Helsinki. L'ho trovato molto leggero, digeribile e gustoso. - I menù sono molto carini esteticamente e, un'altra cosa che ho apprezzato e che per me è un altro punto a favore è che la scelta non è vasta. Il che significa: - Poco ma buono e fatto bene e ingredienti top. - Non sei costretto a stressarti nello sfogliare pagine e pagine di menù e non sapere cosa ordinare. I cocktail sono ben studiati e ben fatti. Ho voluto provare quello all'amaretto Disaronno. Se non vi piacciono molto dolci non ve lo consiglio, dal momento che il Disaronno è già dolciastro di suo...ma io l'ho adorato. Come dolce ho voluto provare la Pannacotta che aveva una consistenza perfetta, gelatinosa al punto giusto e zero grumi. In più non sapeva eccessivamente di vaniglia e non era troppo dolce. Era ben bilanciata con il topping di frutti rossi. 👌🏻 I ragazzi del personale sono molto carini e disponibili. Tengono sotto controllo tutta la sala senza essere molesti con i clienti e ci hanno accolti dall'inizio alla fine sempre con un bel sorriso. Un riconoscimento va anche allo staff della cucina che, oltre a regalarci cibo buonissimo, è professionale anche sotto un altro punto di vista: non fanno baccano in cucina, cosa che, ahimè, succede altrove rovinando il mood della gente che va a mangiare fuori per rilassarsi. L'ambiente lo definirei urban chic. È molto pulito. I tavoli marmorei sono molto belli, le luci sono soffuse e non aggressive. Su alcuni tavoli ci sono anche delle candele che migliorano ancora di più l'atmosfera e se volete mettervi ancora più comodi, potrete sedervi su un bel divanetto raffinato color teal. La mia esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva su tutti i fronti. È stato come essere di nuovo in Italia. Ci ritornerò molto volentieri. 💙🩷

뭐든 너무 기대하면 안되나 저는 너무 맛있게 먹음, 예약을 안하고 가서 한시간만 이용 가능했고 먹다가 맛있어서 더먹으려고 하였으나 시간이 부족하여 더 먹지 못함 가능한 예약을 하고 가세요 맛있습니다. 지구오락실에 나오고 유명해서 그런가 한국분들도 제법 있었습니다
