Despues de un buen paseo familiar , decidimos ir a comer a la ruta. La verdad que fue una decisión mas que acertada. Todo excelente, el trato, el sitio y la comida espectacular. Todo estaba impresionante las ostras y él ceviche impresionante. Si duda un lugar para volver siempre

El mejor restaurante de la zona sin lugar a dudas, voy a comenzar comentando las instalaciones, vistas privilegiadas y decoración muy relajada y confortable( nada de colores ni ambiente saturante),en carta una oferta gastronomica de autor muy atractiva, fui sola y pedí 4 platos con su correspondiente maridaje ( tienen una oferta de vinos espectacular) a mencionar de forma destacada que recibí una atención impecable por parte de José Manuel, encantador y muy profesional, me detallo la estructura y composición de cada plato además de hacerme las recomendaciones para el correcto maridaje, e incluso las indicaciones para comer cada plato de forma correcta y así poder disfrutar al máximo cada bocado, sinceramente cada plato un deleite, cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, daba gusto en todos los sentidos estar allí y poder disfrutar de la explosión de sabores, el arte visual de cada plato, las texturas, el umami de la quisquilla motrileña que gusto y que belleza, un Ajo blanco original con contrastes explosivos, y una tosta de humus con pan de cristal delicada, y ese arroz con pato y foie eso...señoras y señores...es arte culinario...de todo corazón como amante de la gastronomía y disfrutona del buen comer recomiendo al 1000/1000 visitar este restaurante, por qué una experiencia así, no se encuentra en otro lugar, la Alhambra, el sabor y la belleza...se nota un gran trabajo y se agradece.
