Todo de 10! Teníamos pendientes cenar en un Carmen con vistas a la Alhambra y nos decidimos por uno de los Cármenes con más historia. Hicimos antes de la cena la visita guiada a la casa Museo y Fundación Carlos Ballesta de la mano de María y nos ayudó a valorar mucho más el sitio donde estábamos Tanto las vistas y el trato fue excelente, pero además la comida fue exquisita (carpaccio de quisquilla, atún rojo de almadraba, rabo de toro y para terminar el afamado tiramisú de pistacho). También disponen de una interesante carta de vinos (tomamos el Albayda Fontedei y bien) Nos gustó todo, destacaría el punto del atún (delicioso), el carpaccio de quisquilla por ser sorprendente y se desacia en boca; y el tiramisú por ser muy distinto y llevar café de verdad!! Obviamente la calidad, el servicio y el lugar tiene un coste pero merece muchísimo la pena. Repetiría sin duda si vuelvo a Granada
